I'm Felix.

I work from first principles: challenge what doesn't work, and build what is worth building.

I work from concept to execution: strategy, product decisions, and technical systems.

Create the future you want to live in.

What I do

I explore problem spaces from first principles before committing to solutions.

I work in conceptual problem-solving and turn good concepts into technical systems that ship.

I work across startup and enterprise contexts where clarity and execution both matter.

Built and scaled Outreach360 bootstrapped — ~30 concurrent enterprise customers, >5M records monthly.

About me

Entrepreneur at Culina Labs · Tech Lead at Element Logic

  • FocusFirst-principles problem solving from concept to technical execution
  • Experience10+ years in software, startups to enterprise
  • LocationNear the beach, Central European Time

I'm building Culina with a small team. I own strategy, product, and engineering — we use AI to help you manage your pantry and keep a meal plan that adapts when life changes.

At Element Logic I'm a Tech Lead, working on warehousing and logistics software — scalable, intuitive front ends and one of our automation backend components.

For six and a half years I lectured at DHBW Stuttgart in business process management, databases, and web development.

How I work

Principles

  • Start from the problem space and constraints before committing to solutions.

  • Keep initial scope tight, ship early, and improve with real usage.

  • Stay pragmatic about architecture: choose what fits the current stage, then evolve.

  • Aim for systems that stay understandable under real-world complexity.

Beyond work

I live near the beach, surf when I can, and I'm currently training for my first half marathon.

I believe we're all responsible for building the future we want to live in — so I build things that matter to me and stay open to what's interesting. I'd rather ship something useful and iterate than wait for perfect; I care more about how something feels for the person using it than about the tech for its own sake.
